-Buyer Beware- I have dealt with this company for over a year now and while I've had some issues with them in the past, I still managed to make enough purchases for them to inform me that I was their best customer for the style of wig I purchased. However, I have exhausted all the chances I am willing to give this company.
The Reason: As I always have, I ordered the "Salon Ready Cupcake" (Styled) wig. I received a poorly manufactured and UNstyled wig and after several emails and photos in sn effort for them to resolve the issue and make good on my purchase and provide the styling service I paid for, the best I got after a month was an offer of, "Partial credit after a restocking fee." Are they serious!? They didn't perform the service I paid for and now want to charge me a restocking fee...? Where did they come up with that one since nowhere was that stated. That is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and desperate for money.
So beware, the quality of their product dropped, they charge you for services they do not perform and then want to charge you a restocking fee for wigs that are already not even manufactured that good to begin with. So unless you need a new and expensive mop don't waste your money or time. You're better off buying from CSC. Barbara R.
