Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within the United States, and are working to expand our reach. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. If you entered the wrong address when you ordered, it's not our responsibility to get the package to your newly correct address. If the Package come back to us, you will need to repay shipping.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Methods and Times: We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Once your order is processed, delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-3 business days for expedited shipping, depending on your location.

Lost or Damaged or stolen Shipments: We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. If you opted for insurance on your package we will help you. If you did not opt for travel insurance, we reserve the right to not assist you.
International Shipping: For international orders, we do not ship outside the United States at this time. Cross your fingers that we can offer that soon.
