I haven't worn her yet is why I'm only giving it a 4 however I did get the frost bite short as well and I have worn her, she's adorable, but needless to say I can tell a difference in the lace top from your new designs to old ones. The older topless lace is "soft" and flexible, these new topless laces are "hard" rough, scratchy. I didn't write this for you to share, I just want you to be aware and I don't know if something changed and you could get to the bottom of it, like new company, cheaper material? I love the topless wigs, a lot, just here to help out. And my frost bite short, I've worn her 3 times and her hair is falling out, not terrible but for no reason a large piece fell out?
